What it covers
We provide legal guidance and representation in matters involving sexual abuse (sexual violence), handled confidentially and carefully from the first contact. We go at your pace, with humane treatment and without judgment, working to avoid revictimization.
We assess the legal avenues that may apply to your situation (for example, civil protection, criminal proceedings, matters involving minors, employment or school settings, among others), help you organize the information and the evidence clearly and safely, and represent you in the proceedings that apply. We recognize that these experiences can be compounded where other barriers intersect — immigration status, language, disability, age, financial dependence, and others — and we work with sensitivity to that reality.
