What it covers
We advise and represent in matters of protection and remedies for older adults facing abuse, neglect, exploitation, or age discrimination (ageism), under the applicable laws. We assess the context and the legal goal of the case, and help you organize the information and the evidence so you can make informed decisions.
As appropriate, legal services may include guidance, formal communications or letters to employers, agencies, or other entities, as well as pursuing protection orders or other available remedies. Our treatment is humane and respectful, recognizing the vulnerability that these situations can involve and putting the dignity and safety of the older adult first.
