Education and workshops

We offer workshops and training for employers, organizations, and community groups on preventing discrimination, compliance, and building safe, respectful environments. We design the content around the audience and the needs of the workplace or the community, with a practical focus: plain language, real scenarios, and concrete tools.

We cover topics such as breastfeeding rights and support (at work and in spaces open to the public), accommodation and respect practices, and strategies to improve talent retention and reduce the workplace gaps associated with caregiving, so that fewer people are forced to interrupt their careers.
